Background - Amend Company Objectives

A resolution from a shareholders meetings is required to add or remove an objective from a Thai company.

Generally, 14 days notice is required to hold the shareholders meeting. 

After the shareholder resolves to add or remove an objective, then an application must be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) within 14 days after the resolution.  

The MOC will then issue an updated set of company objectives evidencing the addition or removal of the objective(s).
