Background - Amend Company Signatory

A resolution from a shareholders meetings is required to change a company signatory.

Generally, 7 days notice is required to hold a shareholders meeting. 

After the shareholder resolves to change the signatory, then an application must be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) within 14 days after the resolution.  

The MOC will then issue an updated company affidavit evidencing the change of the company signatory.
