Background - Increase Company Capital

A resolution from a shareholders meetings is required to increase the registered capital of a Thai company.

14 days notice is required to hold the shareholders meeting to increase the company's capital. 

An application must be submitted to the DBD (Department of Business Development) within 14 days after the resolution.  

Capital increases above 5,000,000 Baht require the capital to be paid up in advance.

The DBD will then issue an updated company affidavit evidencing the increase of the the compay's capital.
